When a student submits a program deposit, or the entire program fee, this is viewed as an intentional commitment by the student to attend. If for any reason a student needs to withdrawal from a program, any monies held by the 9ways Academia on behalf of that student will be held as a program credit only. This money can be applied towards any future 9ways program. If you have made full payment for a program, and the following year the program fee increases, you will not incur any additional fees; in essence we lock in the original cost.
In regards to hardship requests for the return of monies, this is reviewed on a case by case basis. But remember, our policy is Program Credit Only. Our definition of hardship is a life threatening illness, or death. Asking for a refund to attend something else, is not a hardship.
Abuse of this policy prevents a student from future enrollment in that program again, OR prevents a student from ever attending any form of a 9ways Academia programs in the future.
